Standard Sewing Machine Foot Janome A Foot Easy Sewing for Beginners

http://www.easysewingforbeginners.com talks about the standard sewing machine foot. When I first began to sew I didn't know the difference between the feet that I got with my sewing machine.
Here I show you a standard sewing machine foot (this one is the Janome A foot) and show you a sample of what it would be best used for. I eventually worked out what that little black spring on the foot is for as well....but I still don't use that.
